Can I create my own menu?
We offer a wide variety of wedding menus to suit all tastes and preferences. If our existing plans do not meet your needs, our experienced team will be happy to work with you to fulfill your requests.
Can I taste all the food before the wedding?
Of course. A complete tasting of all the selected menu items will be scheduled several weeks prior to your wedding. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.
Can I have an open bar at the wedding?
You can elect to have an open bar, a limited selection of wine and beer, or a cash bar. Our wedding specialist will advise you of the costs and inclusions for each option.
Can you waive corkage charges, should I decide to bring in my own wines?
We can offer a discounted corkage charge based on your number of confirmed tables should you decide to bring in your own ‘duty paid’ and sealed wines.
Can I decorate the reception room?
Generally, yes. There will be certain limitations in some rooms, which your wedding consultant can review with you.
Can I have wedding photography taken on premises?
Once you have booked your wedding at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, you may arrange to have wedding photos taken in the hotel amidst our beautiful surroundings and locations, upon approval.
